Adjusting to pregnancy can be challenging enough on its own, but for the young, single woman who is already struggling, it can be overwhelming. Imagine being pregnant and experiencing one or more of the above situations. Women with these stories come to Cumming Women’s Center seeking compassion, hope, and help. Consider the difference Living Hope will make for them and their unborn babies!

Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.  Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.  Psalm 82:3-4

Living Hope will offer a safe, stable, and loving environment for struggling, young moms to prepare for birth, recover from pregnancy, and prepare for their future. Moms who have decided to parent their babies or make adoption plans will have the support they need.

Moms may stay in the home with their baby after delivery. Moms will have the opportunity to finish their education, add to their job skills, and save financially for their family’s future.

Pregnancy and parenting education, Bible study, training in life skills, and other educational opportunities will equip moms for immediate and future success.

Living Hope will serve the whole person – physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Support will be designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Caring houseparents, staff, and mentors will work with moms to set goals and create plans for achieving them. Weekly meetings will be designed to chart progress, provide encouragement, and celebrate victories.
